Please note: By converting VHS over to DVD or digital file you are increasing the life span of your video footage. VHS is an analog format; meaning over the lifespan the tape gets worn down, and loses image quality every time you play it, rewind it, or just use the tape, or don’t use the tape; even though it’s just sitting there in storage it’s losing image quality.

Creating VHS to DVD/Digital file only copies the quality of the tape at its current state, it cannot improve it.

By submitting material to TDAdesign.com.au, customer requests processing services described, and agrees to pay any standard charges. Customer agrees that the liability of TDAdesign.com.au, its agents and employees, for any losses or damages of any kind or nature to the customer’s film or tape, or other material, is limited to the cost of replacing such material with blank media. Customer also agrees that TDAdesign.com.au, its agents and employees, shall not be otherwise liable to the customer for any loss or damage of any kind or nature, whether direct, incidental, consequential, or otherwise. Customer declares that all materials submitted to TDAdesign.com.au for transfer or other reproduction, are not in violation of any copyright laws. Customer will indemnify and hold TDAdesign.com.au harmless in respect to any claim of violation of such laws. The materials submitted were either created by customer or customer has the permission of the copyright owner to duplicate them. If the customer does not own the copyright, it is illegal to make copies and the orders will be returned unprocessed. A copyright release form is attached and must be included with the order in order to reproduce protected content. Media containing obscene or illegal will not be processed. TDAdesign.com.au service is a transfer service. Submitted content will not be enhanced. If a customer is not satisfied with the order, TDAdesign.com.au will attempt to re-do it and attain a quality level as close as possible to the original source quality. However, as with other service/software products, DVD and videotape transfer orders are non-refundable. If this Order Form is not filled out completely or the information is inaccurate, TDAdesign.com.au will use their best efforts to interpret the instructions. For missing information, TDAdesign.com.au will use their default procedures.

COPYRIGHT WAIVER FORMAll copyrighted material must be accompanied by this Waiver Form.Print page, complete and submit with your order.By signing below, I represent and warrant that:

(a) I have the right to permit TDAdesign.com.au to perform the transfer services on the videotape content I have submitted (“Content”), as identified by my order, including the copying and converting process,

(b) the Content does not injure, infringe, or violate any patent, copyright, trade secret, trademark or other intellectual property right of any third party, or violate any obscenity law or other applicable law, rule or regulation in any jurisdiction in which the Content may be viewed or retrieved,

(c) TDAdesign.com.au’s, provision of the processing and/or hosting of the Content hereunder will not infringe upon or violate any patent, copyright, trade secret, trademark or other intellectual property right of any third party, including but not limited to any and all performance license rights, mechanical license rights, synchronisation license rights and rights under the Digital Performance Right in Sound Recordings Act of 1995, or violate any obscenity law or other applicable law, rule or regulation in any jurisdiction in which the Content can be viewed orretrieved, and

(d) The Content and TDAdesign.com.au’s provision of the processing service on my behalf is not for any illegal, commercial, obscene, offensive or immoral purpose.
